Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Mosaic Health AI platform (“Platform”) during the pilot programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2.1. Any third parties are not permitted to access the Platform.

2.2. Users must access the Platform via browser login with named individual accounts.

2.3. Password sharing is strictly prohibited.

You may use the Platform solely for:

• Drafting medical or healthcare-related copy;
• Internal collaboration between authorised users;
• Researching healthcare topics relevant to your work.

You may not:

• Upload any personal data or patient-identifiable information;
• Take screenshots, recordings, or otherwise reproduce the platform interface or its functionality;
• Input prompts designed to extract proprietary prompts, code, or internal logic of the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

These restrictions are provided as guidance. Breaches may result in access revocation.

5.1. All content uploaded by users remains the property of the user.

5.2. All AI-generated outputs belong to the user.

5.3. Mosaic Health AI may use anonymised usage data and content for product improvement and analytics.

6.1. The Platform is in beta and is provided “as is” without warranty.

6.2. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a human user. It is not final, approved, or certified.

6.3. All content should be checked against original reference materials. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of generated content.

Any issues, including problematic content or malfunctions, should be reported using the in-platform error reporting tool or emailed to: support@mosaichealth.ai

8.1. Mosaic Health AI reserves the right to suspend or revoke user access at its discretion.

8.2. Content in breach of these Terms may be deleted without notice.

8.3. Access may be terminated in the event of misuse or breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By logging into the Platform, you confirm acceptance of these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and change log will be made available on the Platform.
